Terms of Service

Last updated: August 29, 2026

Zoe Publisher is a private, owner-operated automation application. It is not a public SaaS product and is not offered for use by third-party Google or YouTube account holders.

1. Agreement to these Terms and YouTube Terms

By using Zoe Publisher, the user agrees to these Terms of Service and agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service when using functionality provided through YouTube API Services.

2. Authorized use

Zoe Publisher is intended solely for its owner to automate parts of the owner's own content-publishing workflow. The user must use the application only with Google and YouTube accounts they are authorized to control and only for content they have the right to publish.

3. YouTube API functionality and owner control

The application may upload videos, set metadata and thumbnails, read processing/status information, and check or add playlist membership. Before an owner-initiated manual upload, the application presents a YouTube visibility setting and allows the owner to choose public, unlisted, or private. Automated scheduled publishing follows the visibility preference explicitly configured by the owner.

Zoe Publisher must not independently change the selected visibility setting contrary to the owner's instruction.

4. Prohibited use

The application may not be used to violate the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube API Services Terms, Developer Policies, applicable law, or third-party rights. It may not be used to fabricate engagement, evade platform enforcement, provide unauthorized third-party account access, or publish content the user is not authorized to upload.

5. Privacy and Google data

Use of Google and YouTube data is governed by the Zoe Publisher Privacy Policy. Users should also review the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

Zoe Publisher is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for the owner's private use. The application, workflows, supported APIs, or these Terms may be changed when necessary for security, compliance, reliability, or changes to Google or YouTube services.

7. Revocation and discontinuation

The owner may revoke Google authorization at any time through Google Account permissions and may stop using the application at any time. Access may also be discontinued where necessary to comply with Google, YouTube, or applicable legal requirements.

8. No endorsement

Zoe Publisher is an independent application. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Google or YouTube. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
