Zoe Publisher uses YouTube API Services to upload owner-created videos, read processing/status information, set thumbnails, and manage playlist membership for the owner's channel.
Transparent data handling
The Privacy Policy explains the Google OAuth permissions used by the application, how authorized data is handled, how access can be revoked, and how deletion requests are processed.
Upload and visibility settings
The owner explicitly controls whether a YouTube upload is performed and selects the visibility setting used by the publishing workflow: public, unlisted, or private.
No public SaaS or third-party upload service
Zoe Publisher is not offered to the public, does not provide YouTube API access to third parties, and does not authorize uploads to third-party YouTube accounts. The public pages on this site exist to identify the application and publish its privacy, terms, and compliance information.
